Vegan rice pan
180 g rice Approx. 200-250 ml water
Vegetables of your choice: (I had)
1 paprika
1/2 leek
1-2 spring onions
handful of peas
handful of corn
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
Salt, pepper, vegeta, paprika sweet and sweet Parsley
Preparation:
Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves and place in a pan. Sweat everything together. Then add the rice together with the spices and tomato paste, deglaze with water and bring to the boil. Now add the remaining ingredients and cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat. If necessary, add a little water and stir. And a glass of Ayran with it tastes just super delicious, try it after being made very quickly and delicious
