Glass 200ml
1 glass of lukewarm milk
1/2 glass glass of lukewarm water
1/2 glass of oil 1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 fresh yeast
5-6 glasses of flour
200 g tomato
strained salt, pepper, Vegeta, garlic powder and basil season
of your choice I had cheese and salami
-> Preparation:
For the dough, mix all the ingredients together and let them rest for about 1 hour. Form small balls and roll them out and coat with the sauce and toppings of your choice and shape it back into a ball and put it on a baking sheet, repeat the process until you are done and then let it rest for another 10-15 minutes. Finally, spread the tomato sauce again and spread the grated cheese. Preheat the oven top and bottom heat to 250 degrees.
