120 ml milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the chicken breast into cubes, place in a bowl, add the milk, oil and spices and mix. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes. Now turn the chicken breast in breadcrumbs and place on the skewers. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 250 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
