Pretzel
We love pretzel
They are so easy to make and fresh out of the oven it is a dream. I didn’t roll out the pretzel so thin because my daughter loves her so much. You can roll it out a little thinner.
Recipe:
For about 8-10
230 ml water
1/2 fresh yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
500 g flour
-> Preparation:
Mix and knead all ingredients for the dough. Let the dough rise for about 45-60 minutes. Then divide the dough about 8-10 pieces and roll out approx. 36 cm long strands (the middle should be thicker and thinner towards the ends). Fold the pretzel. Press the ends lightly.
-> 1L water
40 g baking
soda coarse salt
Now take a large saucepan and bring the water with baking soda to the boil. Depending on the size of the pot, add two to four pretzels at a time to the bubbly water for 30 seconds and let them drain on baking paper. If desired, sprinkle with coarse salt and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25-30 minutes.
