water glass
220 ml
11/2 water glasses lukewarm water
1 water glass lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 fresh yeast
4 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Approx. 6-7 water glasses
of flour Superficial again with a little oil brush and let rise for about
45 minutes.
Minced meat topping:
400 g minced meat
1 red pointed pepper
2 green thin pointed peppers handful of parsley
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
70 ml olive oil
1 tbsp paprika pulp
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt, pepper and vegeta
For the topping, chop everything up and mix with the minced meat and knead. Now shape about 18-20 balls and let them rest for about 10 minutes, then roll out the balls and spread them with minced meat. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven. Place the baking sheet in the oven floor.
