Chocolate cake with lots of sweets recipe The biscuit recipe is below. I already posted it in my feed (I only used baking cocoa in addition)! – Cream
1000 ml whipped cream
500 g mascarpone
4 tbsp baking cocoa
9 packets of cream stabilizer
5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Nutella – Decoration
150 g chocolate couverture

Preparation: whipped cream, baking cocoa, 7 packets of whipped cream stabilizer and sugar until stiff. Now mix the mascarpone, 2 packets of cream stabilizer and Nutella. Now stir everything together. Use about 150 g of cream and later for decoration. Cover the cake base with a cake ring and spread 1/4 of the cream on the cake. Place the second cake base and 1/3 of the cream on the cake base, put the last cake base on top and leave it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. Put in a cool place. Take the cake out of the refrigerator and carefully remove the cake ring. Spread thinly with the rest of the cream. Put the leftover cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Melt the couverture and place it on the sides of the cake so that something flows over the edges. Finally, decorate the cake as you like.
