Angel Eyes
Recipe
230 g flour
150 g soft butter
2 egg yolks
70 g powdered sugar
1 lemon grated zest
1 pinch of salt
Strawberry jam or raspberry jam Icing sugar for dusting
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together with your hands and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 1-2 hours. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven top and bottom heat to 180 degrees. Shape the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Drill holes in the middle with a wooden spoon handle, please do not drill through! Pour the jam into the recess with a small spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Don’t get too brown. Let cool, then with powdered sugar
